    My quick Introduction

    Adriana Guarín is a certified mesologist and integrative health practitioner based in Amsterdam, Netherlands. She holds a five-year HBO-level qualification from the Academy for Mesology in Amsterdam and has been practising since 2022. She is registered with the NVVM (Association for Mesologists), VBAG, and RBCZ (Register for Practitioners in Complementary Medicine), and holds AGB registration number 90096346. Her practice combines Traditional Chinese Medicine, homeopathy, orthomolecular medicine, Ayurveda, and Electro Physiological Diagnostics to treat chronic health conditions.

    My Journey to Integrative Medicine

    My path to integrative medicine wasn’t a straight line and that’s exactly what makes my approach to patient care so thorough.

     

    I earned my degree (with honors) in Business Administration from Universidad del Norte in Barranquilla, Colombia, before moving to Rotterdam in 2002 to complete a Master’s in Port Management, Shipping, and Maritime Transport.

     

    After settling in Amsterdam, I spent years working across the airline, shipping, and pharmaceutical industries. It was this pharmaceutical experience seeing firsthand how conventional medicine treats symptoms rather than root causes that pushed me toward a second career as a therapist specializing in integrative and holistic health.

    My Professional Qualifications

    I trained at the Academy for Mesology, a recognized five-year HBO-level (higher professional education) program based in Amsterdam.

    Mesology therapists work under strict professional guidelines and complete ongoing education throughout their careers.

    My Practice in Amsterdam

    Since opening my practice in 2022, I’ve worked with patients dealing with chronic stress, persistent fatigue, and complex health issues that haven’t improved through standard medical care alone.

    Every consultation starts with a deep-dive analysis to uncover what’s really driving your symptoms, not just managing them.
