My Journey to Integrative Medicine
As a certified therapist practicing in Amsterdam, I help patients address chronic health concerns through integrative and holistic medicine. My academic journey began in Colombia, where I graduated with honors in Business Administration from Universidad del Norte in Barranquilla. I started my career in the shipping industry, which sparked my passion for global logistics. In 2002, I moved to Rotterdam to pursue a Master’s degree in Port Management, Shipping, and Maritime Transport.
After relocating to Amsterdam, I broadened my professional experience by working in the airline and shipping industries before transitioning into the pharmaceutical sector. This shift ultimately inspired me to pursue my second career as a therapist.
Professional Qualifications
The “Academy for Mesology” is a five-year higher professional education (HBO-level) program in Amsterdam. Therapists are required to practice according to established guidelines and regularly participate in continuing education.

Since 2022, I have been practicing as a therapist in Amsterdam, focusing on helping patients manage high levels of stress or unresolved health issues that have not been addressed effectively through conventional medicine.
